Overview

The Vallarta MKR is an evaluation and prototyping board for the Vallarta LPWAN module in Arduino MKR form factor. It provides easy access to all module pins and wireless capabilities through standard headers.

Built around the STM32WL MCU with an ARM Cortex-M4 running at 48 MHz and an integrated sub-GHz radio, the board enables rapid development and testing of long-range IoT applications.

Development

Develop firmware using the comprehensive STM32Cube toolchain from STMicroelectronics, including STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMX code generator, and the STM32WL firmware stack.

For production deployment, use the Vallarta SOM production module.
